The Roof Tube - Mini with Shut-Off Valve, 1/4 Gallon (Threaded for Tips)
Mastics have always been applied using rollers, brushes, caulk guns, and trowels. The Roof Tube allows you to get all of your seaming jobs done faster than any of these methods. The Roof Tube is a heavy-duty plastic pipe featuring suction technology to help fill the tube effortlessly with roof cement or any waterproofing roof mastic materials such as acrylic, urethane, butyl, silicone, and more. The material can be pumped out by applying pressure at the end of the tube which is why the Roof Tube is ideal for speed and material cost as the user can pump the desired amount of mastic depending on the project. Mastics are too dense to be applied using a sprayer which is why they are often referred to as part of the "details" stage of a roof restoration process. The Roof Tube is considered a specialty tool and helps apply mastics on all seams, penetrations, drains, skylights, vents, fasteners, and any other flashing details on a commercial roof that are prone to leakage. The Roof Tube is a time saver, easy to use, compact, and reusable. AND could be the difference between a new guy quitting at lunch and staying on board.

Price: $10.95
Availability: In Stock
Usually ships within 1-2 Business Days
Recommend after using 0.625" tip and it feels a little messy, or runny. This will help constrict that loose material a small amount delivering a more consistent "dollop" every time with less material wasted. Often used during the heat of the day when material heats up and becomes looser. As always take the tip out to draw material then twist the tip back in 4 or 5 revolutions (No need to over tighten).
