Description
Flashings offer quick and easy installation, eliminating roof leaks at pipes and other roof penetrations without disconnecting the penetration. The system still allows for movement between the penetration and roof, while maintaining a perfect seal. EPDM flashings have excellent resistance to both ozone and ultraviolet degradation and a serviceable temperature range of -60F to +270F. The OD of Flashing Adaptors is 2 to 6 inches, depending on the inside option. These can be adapted to Portals Top Caps, or to many Rubber flashing boots.
Using Portal's Retrofit Adapters, projections with unusual shapes can be flashed in a positive and secure manner
- Used to seal steel tube penetrations in roofing systems.
- Used together with an additional base to create a seal system.
- Bases are available for membrane roofs, metal roof, hot applied roofs and such.
When Using an Adapter
- Fit the Adapter around the penetration
- Fit into the appropriate step of the retrofit boot (not included)
- Tighten the clamp (not included)
