The non-destructive Roof and Wall Scanner in combination with the Professional Digital readout pin-type resistance meter for Wood and special Probes with 7" long insulated pins. This kit offers the best solution for Roofing and EIFS Moisture Inspection Protocols. Comes in a die cut, foam lined carrying case.
1. Roof and Wall Scanner.
The Non-Destructive Moisture scanner with dual operating modes for EIFS and roofing.
2. Professional Wood Meter.
A resistance type Wood Moisture Meter with special EIFS Probe with long insulated pins to verify moisture content and probe for structural integrity of the sheathing and wood framing. Also suitable for deep penetration into roof systems with many layers of insulation or cricket systems.
3. Hand held electrode with 7" insulated pins.
4. Heavy Duty 2 pin punch for penetrating EIFS lamina or roof surface, so pin meter readings can be taken with handheld electrode.
5. Digital Hygrometer (Included).
Gives relative Humidity, Temperature and Dew point readings.
6. Optional Infra-red Surface Thermometer for instant read surface temperature.
The RWS Inspection Kit is the only moisture inspection kit that will give the inspector key information necessary to conduct moisture inspection surveys in EIFS Inspection Protocols.
