OMG OB500SSGUN-SU18V OlyBond500 SpotShot Power Applicator

The new and improved OB500SSGUN-SU18V Stand-up Power Applicator works with cartridges of OlyBond500 SpotShot Insulation Adhesive, OMG NightShot, as well as cartridges of the Fleece Membrane Adhesive that OMG supplies.

The new power applicator is designed to help improve system productivity and performance by providing a more powerful 18 volt Lithium Ion Battery (LiB) that lasts up to 40% longer than the existing 14.4 volt NiCad battery. In addition, the new battery is 50% lighter, includes and integrated gauge that indicates the remaining charge, and does not fade. The new 18 V battery can be charged in 30 minutes, which is 50% faster than before, and with faster charging, the overall battery life is extended.

Equally great is that the new power applicator comes fully assembled so you no longer have to purchase the applicator and separate drive kit, simplifying the process and reducing a SKU. In addition, the new applicator is designed to work in temperatures as low as 0*F (-18*C), and can be adjusted to six settings for optimum performance.

OlyBond500 SpotShot is dispensed through the manual stand-up applicator in bands applied 12” on center. A controlled chemical reaction causes the OlyBond500 SpotShot to rise 3/4" - 1"above the substrate, and then the board stock is placed into the adhesive. The chemical cure takes place approximately 10-15 minutes after dispensing, depending on temperature and weather conditions. SpotShot is FM and Miami Dade County Approved.
