When do I need to replace my tank?

Some contractors like to have several tanks for use with various types of materials. Especially when using silicone, it’s not recommended that silicone be applied after using a water based material.

How do I get more life out of my tank?

Tanks are shipped from Rooftop wiped inside and out with a silicone spray such as ArmorAll®. Each time you clean cured material from your tank you should reapply. When removing cured material take care not to score the inside surface of the tank. Scratches give material a surface to bond with and make removal difficult.

How do I drain my tank?

Excess material can be drained into a bucket by flipping the tank spreader over. The goal is to leave a thin film that will cure overnight.
