The Roofing Equipment Spreader Rollers eliminate the frustrations resulting from poor quality rollers. Spreader rollers have a double production rate compared to paint rollers. This roller is designed to dramatically improve your profit margin by eliminating wastage of time and materials. Various options for width and coverage of the Spreader rollers are available. The Coverage Rate Roller helps maintain a consistent mil thickness across the entire roof. 1/2" nap and specially designed rings on the ends of the roller allow the nap to meter the coating from the running puddle onto the roof.

Cleaning is not recommended, but rollers can be preserved by loading up the roller nap with extra material at the end of use and wrapped up to prevent drying out. Rollers tend to dry out in days rather than squares. Keeping the nap saturated will often allow the roller to be used for 2 or 3 days.

Can I clean Spreader Rollers?
Cleaning is not recommended.
Can I reuse Spreader Rollers?
Our Rollers put down a significant amount of material, so it’s worth using a new one every day. However, if you’re applying a water-based product, such as acrylic, our Spreader Rollers last up to three days. Simply load up the roller nap with extra product and wrap using an air-tight material. If you’re using silicone or other non-water-based products, you’ll need to replace your roller each day.
What is a Premium Coverage Roller?
Our Premium Coverage Roller has raised rings on each end that support the weight of the Tank Spreader or Better Spreader, which results in less pressure on the nap and a heavier coating application.
How many rollers will I need to complete my job?
We recommend one roller per day per tool.
